We know that sometimes you have questions before coming to your first yoga class but feel a little embarrassed to ask...so this page is to address the common questions people ask us...

COMMON QUESTIONS
Q. I want to try Yoga but not sure it's right for me?
​
>>>You can be any age, size or shape....Yoga is for everyone!
​
Q. I can’t touch my toes....how can I possible try Yoga?
​
>>>No problem, yoga will loosen you up. Weakness in the body....yoga will build your strength, progressively at your own pace.
​
Q. I heard the teachers speak a weird language?
​
>>>Don't worry that you don't know your Tadasana from your Savasana, this is why we offer beginners yoga courses. All of our teachers give plenty of specific, expert instructions, so you’ll never feel lost.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO PAY?
We offer all new clients our Introductory Offer = 14 consecutive days of yoga for £20. This means that you can try as many yoga classes as you like during this period. The 14 days commences on the first date you visit. You can purchase this via our website - just go to book your first yoga class and select this offer when paying or at the studio - or the Mindbody app.

HOW DO I BOOK?
Best way to book is either through our timetable (which links to Mindbody) or through directly through the Mindbody app.
​
We recommend booking yoga classes in advance. Should you need to cancel you can do so up to 1hrs prior to the class start time. You can cancel the class through your Mindbody account. If the class is cancelled less than 1hr to the class start time you will be charged for the yoga class as if you attended unless you have an unlimited membership / introductory offer.
​
IS THERE PARKING?
Whilst there is no parking directly outside the studio you can park anywhere along the high street or on the surrounding streets.
​
Alternatively you can travel to us by London Overground arriving in to Hatch End station. We are a 5 minute walk from the station. Or you can take the Metropolitan line in to Pinner station and get the H12 Bus toward Stanmore (approx 16min bus ride).
​
WHAT SHALL I WEAR?
Wear comfortable clothes which you are able to move in but also allow your teacher to see your alignment. We recommend wearing leggings / shorts, T-Shirt / sports top.
​
We ask that all students remove their shoes at the door and it's bare feet in the studio.
​
I'VE BOOKED...WHAT NOW?
If you have a a yoga mat then please do bring it. If you do not have one, you can borrow one from us or buy one at the studio.
If you sweat a lot, please bring a towel and some water. If you forget either, no problem...we have water and yoga towels for sale at the studio.

There are showers for you to use - but please bring a towel to dry yourself!
​
We also provide locker for you to store your valuables.

There are great transport links to the studio from all over Greater London, including Harrow, Stanmore and Ruislip.
